Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
We offer free shipping to customers in Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processes, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible return requests made within the first 7 calendar days, Homedecor will cover the return shipping cost.
For eligible returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, Homedecor will cover the return shipping cost for an eligible return.
Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable Australian consumer law.
7. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors.
